I was charged, but the subscription is not yet activated

- If you subscribed via Apple Store/Google Play:

  1. Make sure that you were charged
  2. Go to OSN+ app
  3. Go to settings > subscriptions
  4. Tap on "Restore Purchase"

If it didn't work, kindly contact us with a screenshot of the receipt and your user ID#

- If you subscribed via your mobile credits:

  1. Make sure that you were charged
  2. Double-check that your phone number is linked to your account
